Dr. A. Zeev Rabinowitz
 Dr. A. Zeev Rabinowitz has been in private practice at Belmont Eye Clinic since 1975. He is affiliated with Forum Health and St. Elizabeth Medical Center. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology of the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. He received his medical degree at Hadassah Medical School, and did his residency in eye surgery at the New York Medical College.
Dr. Rabinowitz is a pioneer in the use of microsurgical techniques and outpatient eye surgery. He was the first in Youngstown to use implants in cataract surgery and one of the first surgeons in the United States to perform radial keratotomy and, automated lamellar keratoplasty. He participated in the multicenter national study for the correction of high myopia and hyperopia. In addition, Dr. Rabinowitz is noted for his work with laser photocoagulation and had several publications in professional journals.
Dr. Sherif Hanna
 Dr. Sherif Hanna joined the Belmont Eye Clinic after completing a Fellowship in Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Hanna specializes in corneal diseases and corneal transplants, DSEK, anterior segment trauma, and cataract/implant surgery. His refractive specialties include Lasik, RK, and Premium Implants.
Dr. Hanna graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Akron City Hospital.He received his medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo. He has been published in peer review publications. He is affiliated with St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center and Forum Health where he supervises the training of residents and medical students.
Dr. Frank Siciliano
Dr. Frank Siciliano has been associated with Dr. Rabinowitz at Belmont Eye Clinic since 1986. He specializes in general optometry, fitting of contact lenses, and low-vision aids.
Dr, Siciliano graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He did his internship at the William Feinbloom Vision Rehabilitation Center for low vision. Dr. Siciliano is an active member and had held office with the Ohio Optometric Association.
Dr. David Gabriel
Dr. David Gabriel graduated Cum Laude from the Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1971. He was in private practice until he became associated with Belmont Eye Clinic in 1990.
Dr. Gabriel is board certified to use therapeutic drugs and to practice primary eyecare. He specializes in general optometry, primary eyecare and contact lenses.
